Jeffrey R. Wert
D.M.D.
- 1978 graduate of Stroudsburg High School
- 1982 graduate of Lycoming College
- 1987 graduate of Temple University School of Dental Medicine
- Member of ADA, PDA and the Monroe County Dental Society
- Dr. Wert is a lifelong resident of Monroe County, PA
- Dr. Wert is married to his wife Gail and has four children: Jeff, Bethany, Carolyn, and Eric.
- Dr. Wert just celebrated his 37th year of dental practice
- Dr. Wert is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his family.

Heather Diano

Heather is a 2003 graduate of Luzerne County Community College. She has been working with Dr. Wert since January 2004. Heather resides in Mountain Top, PA with her husband Jeff and daughter Emma. Heather enjoys visiting Myrtle Beach, Gettysburg and Alexandria Bay. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Patty graduated from Luzerne County Community College in 2003. She enjoys watching football (go Cowboys!) and traveling. She joined our team in July of 2013.

Brandon graduated from Northampton Community College as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2016. He obtained a Public Health Dental Hygienist Practitioner license in January of 2021. In his spare time he enjoys weightlifting and spending time with his wife and two children.

Elizabeth graduated in 2022 from the Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting. She lives locally with her girlfriend Aniah and their Frenchie, Nala.
Karin DePaul
Sterilization Technician
Karin joined us in 2022 after working 12 years in special education. She lives locally with her husband, child, and two cats. She is a Commanders fan and enjoys a friendly rivalry with Patty and her Cowboys.
Gail Wert
Practice Leader
Gail graduated from Penn State University in 1983 with a B.S. in Accounting. She lives in Bethlehem with her husband, Jeff and son, Eric. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her two Labrador Retrievers, Ruger and Dexter.
